By reporting bugs or vulnerabilities, you agree to the following conditions:
- Non-Disruption: You agree not to intentionally disrupt or take down the website or its services while discovering or reporting bugs. Any form of interference with the functioning of the site is strictly prohibited.
- Data Protection: You agree not to misuse or attempt to access any data from the server, including private or sensitive information, during the bug discovery or reporting process.
- Confidentiality: You agree not to publicly disclose any bugs or vulnerabilities you find. Any discovered issues should only be shared directly with our security team via the email provided.
- Ethical Reporting: You will act ethically and responsibly when reporting issues, ensuring that no harm is caused to the website, its users, or its data.
- Suggested Solution: You agree to, whenever possible, provide a potential solution or recommendation to address the bug or security vulnerability you report. This may include suggestions for code fixes, configuration changes, or other technical measures to resolve the issue.
1. Policies
1. Opened Bulbs Warranty Policy
We generally provide a 1-year warranty for LED bulbs. This warranty only covers the condition of the bulb when it is still in its original packaging and unused. If the bulb is opened or damaged in any way before use or inspection, the warranty becomes void. In other words, if the bulb is removed from its packaging and used, repaired, or inspected internally, any warranty claims will not be accepted. The warranty is only valid if the bulb remains in its packaging and is undamaged.
2. Credit Sales Policy
With immediate effect, all credit sales have been suspended. Future transactions will only be conducted on a cash or advance payment basis. Goods will not be provided on credit under any circumstances.
3. Warranty Replacement Policy
Bulbs provided under warranty will be replaced with the same type of bulb. If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, the refund will be 50% of the current price of the bulb. Please note that refunds will only be issued in accordance with this policy.
4. Replacement of Non-Warranty Bulbs
If you provide a warranty on non-warranty bulbs sold and replace them within a year for any reason, the replacement bulb must be of the SHIDDH brand. Please note that Gamma DOB 7333 bulbs are not eligible for warranty or guarantee. In such cases, non-warranty bulbs will be accepted at 70% of the current price.
5. Delivery Notice
If you wish to have our products delivered to your store, please note the following delivery charges:
- Free delivery within a 10 km radius of Satna city.
- An additional charge of ₹5 per kilometer will be applied for deliveries outside this radius.
6. Return Policy
- Return Period: Products can be returned within 3 days of purchase.
- Condition: Returned products must be unopened and unused. Products showing signs of use or damage will not be accepted.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 2 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
7. Order Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Period: Orders can be canceled within 20 hours.
- Charges: A cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value may apply. Additional fees may apply for cancellations beyond the permitted period.
8. Shipping Policy
- Shipping Timeframes: The maximum delivery time for local orders is 6 days and for orders outside is 9 days.
- Shipping Charges: Standard shipping charges apply. If you require faster delivery, additional costs may apply. This means that for expedited delivery beyond standard shipping, there will be an extra payment required. Please contact us for specific rates.
9. Product Warranty Terms
- Warranty Duration: Our products come with a 12-month warranty period.
- Exclusions: Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
10. Privacy Policy
- Data Collection: We collect customer data for order processing and to improve our services. The collected data includes (but is not limited to) personal information and transaction details.
- Data Protection: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect customer data. Your information is used only for the purposes for which it was collected and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

- Resolution Time: We aim to resolve complaints within 5 business days. You will be notified about the progress and resolution.
2. Rules
1. Replacement Adjustment Policy
When a bulb is replaced under warranty and the replacement bulb is the same product as in the current order, the quantity of the replaced bulb will be adjusted against the current order. For example, if you ordered 100 bulbs and 5 bulbs are replaced under warranty, the amount for the next order will be for 95 bulbs. If the replaced bulb is a different product, the cost of the replaced bulb will be deducted from the amount of the next order.

- Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of order. For bulk or custom orders, payment terms will be specified on the invoice.
3. Bulk Order Discounts
- Discount Structure: Discounts are available on bulk orders based on quantity. Details of the discount structure can be obtained from our sales team.
- Minimum Order Quantity: A minimum order quantity of 500 pcs is required for bulk discounts.
